Britney Spears performed songs from her new album “Circus” under a Big Top in New York City. She was promoting her upcoming 2009 tour, and celebrating her 27th birthday. Britney lip-synched new songs in Manhattan for “Good Morning America” and announced plans for a 26-city North American tour which starts in New Orleans on March 3. The tour also features two concerts in London planned for early summer.

Spears is attempting a comeback from a high-profile meltdown, which included public stints in rehab and psychiatric hospital units, an ugly divorce, losing custody of her two sons and last but not least, shaving her head completely bald. Personally, I thought that was sexy.  See Britney Exposed
